Simran is a PhD candidate in Folklore with three years of university teaching and 450+ students taught. The Voice Craft Institute came out of watching capable students lose opportunities for reasons that had nothing to do with what they knew.
The work is not accent, not fluency drills, not confidence slogans. It is the habit of making your thinking easy for someone else to follow while they are judging you.
Eight students. Everyone speaks in every session, everyone is recorded, everyone gets written feedback. It does not scale, and that is the point.
